Ten years ago, three friends in Mt. Shasta, California found a 200-year-old indigenous method for rolling beads out of earth and clay. They filled the first bead with soil from their own hometown — and realized a place could be worn.
A decade later every band is still hand-rolled and hand-knotted in Northern California, on hemp cord, with zero plastic. And a portion of every sale still goes back to the earth we take from.
