I can't figure out how to edit my previous review, but I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the quick and excellent customer service here at Earth Bands. Upon seeing my review, I was contacted promptly about the lone issue I had. It's hard to find such excellent customer service in the post-Covid retail landscape, but it is definitely much appreciated. As mentioned previously, this small issue wouldn't have kept me from coming back, but that small gesture insured I would for sure be a repeat customer.

Bracelet surpassed expectations compared to what was pictured, wife was definitely happy about that.

Only knock being after a few weeks, the bracelet itself has started to come apart. We'll try to salvage the pieces of importance, just put them on a different band.

Not a deal breaker by any means, just full disclosure. Most likely would purchase again if we go to another beach featured.
