Wrong color

Love these bracelets but was sent wrong color. I ordered black and received the natural color. When I contacted them I was told they would send me a black one but haven't heard anything more.

Earth bands are my new favorite bracelets. I wear mine 24/7 and it is holding up very well with no fading. It stays snug and does not get loose like other bracelets.
